What is the process like?
After an initial phone consultation, we will schedule a time that I can come to your home and we can begin working together on your KonMari journey together. Sessions are typically 4 hours long; however, we can discuss adjustments based on your schedule. We will start by touring your home and greeting it, then discuss what your future lifestyle looks like.
The KonMari Method™ focuses on tidying by category – not location – and follows this order: Clothing – Books – Paper – Komono (miscellaneous) – Sentimental. We will work together to progress through these categories, while recalling your ideal lifestyle and how to create a long lasting change in your home.
How many sessions? How long does the process take?
The number of sessions varies greatly depending on the size of your home and number of items that you own. By following the KonMari Method™, we will take the time to analyze every items in the category and you will decide if the item sparks joy for you, or if it is time to express gratitude for the item and let it go. This process can vary greatly for each person. See different package options here.
